Limitations are not fun and with Via there are none.  One of the benefits of Adaptogens is that they have a cumulative effect in the body , so the more consistently you have them the better they work.  Via contains none of the main allergen groups. Yes it does. We love some gentle caffeine if it doesn’t give us the jitters or make us run for the loo.  That’s why Via has used a brewed tea for caffeine content that is rich in antioxidants and does not give you the jitters or have any unwanted effects on your digestive system.
